NDEI Dinner Meetings are held in the spring and fall across the country. Nationally recognized experts in cardiology and endocrinology present the curriculum at these live CME-certified activities. Case studies are often used to illustrate and present the curriculum, targeting the implications of insulin resistance and the metabolic syndrome for the development of cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.
